The rates that are displayed on rate checking web sites typically are what is known as the interbank rate. The interbank rate is the rate provided between very large banks/corporations that are trading very large amounts of money through the interbank market. Although we believe we offer competitive rates, we may not be able to provide the interbank rate as we operate by sending individual payments rather than large amounts at one time.
Cards are “portable,” meaning you can continue to use it by adding your own funds or having funds added from another source. So, take it with you if you leave and enjoy the benefits of the dashPayroll card wherever you go! You can provide your Account and Routing Number to your new employer.
Each card is issued with an expiration date of three years. If a card is still active two weeks prior to its expiration, a new card will be issued at no charge and mailed to the address on file.
You can mark your card lost or stolen in the “Manage Cards” section of the app. This will immediately protect your account from purchases that may be unauthorized by you. After marking your card lost or stolen, you can have it replaced by calling the Customer Service number and requesting a replacement. You can find this number under the “Support” tab in the app or online.
Yes! This can be requested from within the app or online at mydashcard.com. This additional card may be given to a spouse, partner or family member to make purchases on the same account.
Yes, your employer will continue to be responsible for providing you with a paper or electronic pay stub.

There are limits affecting how much money can be loaded, withdrawn, and spent by each Cardholder within a 24-hour time period. The maximum amount you can spend or withdraw at a time varies by type of transaction. The chart below outlines some of these.

It is always best to go inside the gas station and ask the cashier to authorize an amount within the remaining card balance. If you pay at the pump, an average purchase of gas will be preauthorized since the final amount is unknown. If this amount is more than your available card balance, your card will be declined.
To change your PIN, click the three horizontal dots—your Feature Drawer–and select “Change PIN.” You will be prompted to key in your current PIN and then enter your new PIN two times to set the new number.
